This notice explains what happens to the details you send us through the tyre quote form on this website, and how we measure our advertising. We keep it short and plain.

Who we are

What we collect

When you submit a quote request, we receive the details you type in: your name, mobile number, and — if you provide them — your email address, vehicle registration, tyre size, number and type of tyres, and any notes.

Cookies and advertising

We advertise on Google, and use Google Ads measurement to learn whether an advert led to a quote request. Google measurement is optional: its code does not load unless you choose “Allow measurement” in the cookie notice. If you allow it, Google may set cookies and receive the fact that an enquiry was completed. We do not send Google your name, phone number, email address, vehicle details, notes, or any other quote-form contents. You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie choices” in the page footer. The quote form and phone numbers work normally if you choose essential cookies only.

Why we use it

We use these details only to prepare a price, check availability, and contact you about your quote. We ask for your consent (the tick box) before you send the form. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing.

Who processes it

The form is delivered to our email by Formspree, a form-handling service, which passes your message on to us. Your enquiry then sits in our business email inbox.

How long we keep it

We keep quote enquiries only as long as needed to deal with your request and for our normal business records, then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the details we hold about you. Just call 020 8374 9404 or reply to any email from us. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can contact the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
